Colin Black, the co-founder and principal optometrist of Black & Lizars, has retired after 43 years in the profession. At the group's practice in Glasgow, he will be succeeded by Graham Freeman, Brenda Quirk and Angela Gosine. Black will however remain with Black & Lizars as senior clinical adviser.
